During my stay, I loved being just a few steps from the South Coast Boardwalk, which was perfect for scenic walks, and enjoyed the charming nearby Frangipani Art Gallery that added a local touch to my exploration. the staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel had such delightful character.

The stay was pleasurable with clean rooms and stunning beach access. The beach bar was a highlight, serving delightful drinks. Staff friendliness varied, yet many coworkers were genuinely helpful. Dining options included a buffet and two great restaurants, though some food items came with additional costs. Activities were limited, making the resort feel a bit quiet at times.

The food was fantastic, with a wide variety each day, especially at Umi and Sizzle. Additionally, the beach was gorgeous with plenty of loungers available, so we never felt crowded.

The beach on the southwestern side was stunning, providing a beautiful setting for relaxation. I loved the gym, which was well-equipped and maintained. The food consistently impressed me, as there was always a diverse selection to enjoy. The sea view from my Signature Room greatly enhanced my experience here.

Wonderful Family Time with Amazing Staff

We just returned from a lovely stay. From the welcoming staff to delicious meals at Umi and Sizzle, every moment was delightful. The kids adored the kids' club, especially time with Keisha. Pro tip, Get to the beach early for prime loungers by the water!

I enjoyed my stay and loved the beautiful beach. it provided a perfect spot to relax with plenty of lounge chairs available. The oceanfront room was a highlight, with stunning views and cozy accommodations. Although the buffet breakfast can be quite busy, the specialty restaurants offered fantastic food options. However, the air conditioning in the room was a bit lacking, which detracted from the overall comfort.

The oceanfront room had breathtaking views of the turquoise waves rolling in against the soft sandy beach. The staff truly made our stay special with their personal touches, especially during breakfast when Andrea served up the most delicious made-to-order eggs. Every sunset was a magical experience, painting the sky in stunning colors right from our own private spot on the beach.

This was just a prime choice for a brief retreat in Bridgetown with outstanding value for money. The food was fantastic, especially at the Sizzle and UMI restaurants. Make sure to check out the evening entertainment for some great shows.

The beach was stunning, with plenty of loungers that meant we never had to fight for a spot. Dining was a highlight, particularly the sushi at Umi, which was exceptional. However, the experience was marred by inconsistent housekeeping. on two occasions, our room wasn't serviced at all. Additionally, some staff members, particularly at the reception, could benefit from better customer service training. We also faced hot water issues during our stay, which was disappointing.

Had a great time in the Oceanfront Room. The beach was stunning, clean water and calm surf. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Food was delicious and abundant, especially the breakfast options. Staff were super nice, always helping us out. Loved the nightly entertainment too!

Just returned from an amazing three-night stay, thoroughly enjoyed the comfy deluxe signature room and the delicious food options, but the evening entertainment ended a bit early for my taste.
